1. Controller

The data controller is DRKDENTAL TRAINING SRL, Tax ID (CUI) 50671649, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under no. 2. What data we process

This website has no forms, user accounts or traffic analytics.

We process: (a) data you send us directly by email or phone — typically your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message; (b) technical data recorded automatically by our hosting provider when you access the site — IP address, browser type, page accessed and time of access — needed to operate and secure the site.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Replying to your enquiries — our legitimate interest in communicating (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Operating and securing the website — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Complying with legal obligations, such as accounting, where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Who receives the data

Data is accessed only by providers that help us operate the website and our communications: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and DNS), Forward Email LLC (email routing) and Google (destination mailbox).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

5. How long we keep data

Correspondence: as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and no longer than 3 years after the last communication, unless the law requires a longer period.

Technical access data: for short periods, in line with the hosting provider's policies.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Send requests to contact@drkdentaltraining.com; we reply within one month.

You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

7. Company products

TrainLab, Okalia Health and One Shot each have their own privacy policy, describing the processing specific to that product.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page.
